There is security for job,and working culture is good but one of our reporting manager will ask all the work to do,once after sharing the report to him he will share with their reporting manager,he acts as and mediator. Except payroll he will not do any other work. Every day he asks me to open the office,if come 5 mins late for 1 day he will question me why you had not come on time.

Dislikes

As per me what ever mails he receives mail from HO or any others he will ask me to prepare and share,once after sharing he will share with them,he just act like mediator,he had not allowed me to share the data directly to concerned person.During COVID he has not given system to do work from home and i have informed him that I don't have system with me but he said me that don't tell stories and any cost you have to do the work....Read More

Work Details

My manager doesn't allow to talk to with others,in case if I talk to them he will warn me indirectly not to talk with others.As per me i have not worked in HR team.what ever my manager says i have to do that only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
