work culture is good with job security if you are doing your job with sincerity, responsibility and integrity as well as dedicatedly. Work life balance also good no such hard deadlines like as MNC. Overall peoples are supportive, seniors as well as subordinates. I think best place to w ork for long terms. With in company/departments promotions instead of hiring new talents where any senior left organisation or transfers that is also a plus point to show your skills and dedication to enhance your career growth with in same organisation......Read More
