In paramount there is lot of things to learn, as there is a culture of multitasking employees, you have to work in all the areas of your profession. Good environment and supportive staff is make u feel good in the company.

Dislikes

Salary growth and annual appraisals are not as per other industries. work pressure is very high in the accounts department. HR policies may disappoint you if you compare with other companies.

I started my career with the company in 2008 as a trainee, and learn everything in this company but after 11 year of experience still reach at the position of AM.
