Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. The Organisation believes in building flexible, self-responsible culture without too much of hierarchical layers. We have received some of the best experiences from many team members, including most of whom who have left large conglomerates and prefer to be part of Pantomath. All the employees have direct access for work guidance with respective team heads and management. Pantomath has been conducting training sessions for all employees. Also, the Company has never encouraged late sitting, but provide that space to learners if they need extended time to learn newer work assignments. Pantomath team members hold very high respect in carrier street and are much sought after in the industry due to agility, knowledge level and wide practical exposure. Regards, Pantomath Group

Pantomath is known for its work-culture, hand-holding its team and training the team. Pantomath has deployed best of tools and direct training methods where the team is trained not only on professional but personal growth aspects as well. As per the team feedback, this is very rare to see an organisation taking so much care of its team. Pantomath has never removed employees unless any strong reason behind removal.
