In just one faculty they are used to target to get multiple benefits like multiple locations must be taught by one faculty only. Every week 2 days in one location another two days in another and another location.which will not be fruitful.

Top management enjoys a lot, no targets for them, No relation to work and their benefits, Jealousy and politics on top, Only give Gyaan but no action. Nothing to learn. Lower level have no job security, no hikes or bonus, People use bad words, No HR Stagnant growth of company

This is the best place to associate yourself with. Amazing work culture. Amazing Learning Fantastic scope to swap work if you dont like what you do No politics Fair and transparent system Where understanding to personal life issues. I think this is one of the best places to work with and i can say this after 8 years of work experience at different places.
