To be honest there was nothing much to like or to share about this company

Dislikes

There are so many things which I didn’t like but in short It would be great if they provide training to their new joinees before assigning tasks to them also there were less chance of growth and learning in terms of career. Sales team could be more polite and cooperative.

Yes co.maintain his products quality as well as new innovation also adopts, really co products are very good I was make the market in very well & I enjoyed also, i like co's products only.

In the co.internal politics & culture is very bad I cant explain this things employees value is zero even at the time of medical problem they dont help u, & when u hospitalise that time also (Claim to chodo kisi bhi tarike ki help bhi ni karenge) co person ask u for the resign its so chip, chip level politics & people haveso much ego problem,HR & function system also is not proper it means thirdclass.Service dept take so much time to give service , in allowances cutting had so much ,as per the standards of employees post allowances is very low, allowance is not pass immediately, support is zero,self motivation is required for the working wise other cant survive,no chance for the growth, at the time of increement they have jokes....Read More

Ya this job is very tuff because clint rato is 4-5 out off 100 so its very difficult,but I was make the market very well & I trained dealers sales persons & now they are doing well ,architect base strong,local network strong,& I focused fully on service
