I was working here for 8 Months in Kharadi branch,the principal were horrible and even abuse the teachers verbally.Infrastucture was not completed,they bound us to take classes upstairs in the terrace and during monsoon the rain water was inside the classroom,bathrooms were no lock.Parents were complaining for the ambience,all the teachers were suffering,they pay less than mentioned in the joining letter.Worst experience and principal was horrible....Read More

Good company. As a teacher I got great exposure and experience. I love my subject planning team as they are prolific people with great knowledge and experience. Love working with them.

Dislikes

They do need to work on competitive salary package for teachers. Too much work due to staff shortage and micromanagement. Also the alot of amendments are required to improve the portal work and teacher facilities like amount of regularisation and leave policies, etc. Working hrs starts from 7:45 till 4:00pm

No work life balance, you have to work after going home, you can be called after at any time after evening to work and attend meetings, favoratism is the key rule that is followed here. Salary increment is just 600 to 800 rupees per year if new or old it is same may be changed for favorites. You can be given any subject to teach. Please don't get into this sham you ladies, Orchids The International is a trap! These people are a bunch of losers who want women to work for them not just for the 7 hours shift but a 14 hours shift! Holding the employees salary is their hobby! They don't treat teachers as humans and still won't get appreciated. Students and teachers are still fine ! But the management is full of s*** assaulters and the principal (let's not talk about it) ! I'm talking about my branch and my experience with them hasn't been good. They don't even do full background checks on people/teachers/management. Salary is below decent. There are no benifits provided by this organization. Oh wait, I do remember some benefits: 1. Mental torture 2. Disrespect 3. Overwork 4. Manipulation 5. No empathy 6. No sick leave/paid time off (basically if you're taking a leave for a genuine reason, you're a lying to them) 7. No sanitary napkins in their infirmary for teachers 8. I have seen some of my colleagues getting tortured here with respect to their work and their salary as well. You will be held responsible for the things you are not supposed to. No ethics. They want CBSE affiliation but don't follow any rules for that. No work ethics. They will cut your one day's salary and still expect you to work on that day.
