It is always happy to work productive and people who are super supportive. Every time i focus more worklife balance and i am so satisfied with OPEN and the flexible working hours itself great. i was able to learn new programming languages, infra setup etc. since i was part of micro-service development team.

Manipulation at it’s peak and all wrongs are made right if you are your managers favourite. Work from home is only granted to VVIPS, and they will make you work in your sick leaves as well.
