They are the worst company to ever work with. They do t care about their employees. They give salaries when they wish. While leaving the company I didnt receive two months salary. They are horrible organisation to work with. If you join here you are doomed.

There is nothing to like in this organization. terrible management, no leaves, target based job. if any employee reach the target than only she/he will Exget the salary, otherwise not. Management used to take silly decision such as calling office in Covid padamic, less salary to experience. complete waste of time. Call center is better than omics international.

Career growth will stop in this organization. Management politics is too much.in official calendar second Saturday is off, but not provided. They provide salary in upcoming month that to by 20 or 21 of next month. I worked at Omics for about 8 months, due to my health condition i was unable to stay with Omics so i feel it was bad to leave Omics as i had a great bonding over the team members and team lead the management over there was very good,my training was given by Sakshi Behl she was a good and excellent team lead trained me from all the front and forth,Salary was good even as a fresher i dont think good about appraisal,cab facility was good even,it has a damn politics over the office that was the negative feed back am giving to it,work environment is ultimate but the employees over there has to maintain a mature mined set they don't even try to train a fresher as the worked required,innovation is superb,,,,,if i would had a chance to rejoin i will immediately...Read More

It will be good learning experience for fresher's in those who wants make career in digital marketing, email marketing and business development.

Team and work management is poor. They set unrealistic targets which is hard to achieve. Also company has bad reputation in US and Canada. Most of them unsubscribed several companies mail so hard to reach out clients.
