Nothing..absolutely nothing..i would never recommend OMICS..just waste of time and worthless job..

Everything is terrible here including work..that is not even a work..in other words..its a CORPORATE SLUM..there is nothing for you to do there..except begging people to send articles and there will be nothing in your hands..all you have to do is send mails..reply for the messages you get that's it..

It is a great place for freshers to learn some basic stuff and there are chances to travel on site.

Dislikes

No professional ethics, poor management and no benefits for employees. Management has to learn how to look after their employees well. Poor work life balance.
