Not getting good paid. As we are working hard so we get nicer paid . Everyone get same paid who doing good and who is average everyone getting same paid. Even new comers also getting that much paid who doing best work.

They do some dark shady thing. Somehow they know what we think and before you know it. Those things are implemented. Worst culture and favoritism. They do not know how to manage work and just believe in buttering. Do not fall for their high salary package. They will treat you as their pet if they want to and make you bark as they want.
