Nothing one of the worst management I have seen. There is no policies in this company no job security.

Nothing to like about this company. Before covid also they were not paying salary on time and when Pandemic started they closed most of the outlets and hold the salary for everyone.

No job security,I have seen no career growth even people sitting from last 3-4 yrs not got any raise. Self learning nobody is there to coach you on the name of training.Worst environment you can be thrown out of the company anytime without giving any specific reason.They don't have a culture of FnF. HR has no power they are only kept to make salaries. Salary is not on time. They give money as per there mood anytime between 12th to 25th next month....Read More

I worked as cluster manager for 2 years... too much politics by upper management. No value of HR here play a zero role for employee benefit. At the time of appriasal they fire people by no reason

They only facilitated you with Humilation ,insecurity for job and doubt in you that how incompetent you could become working with to them. Giving no benefits. They don't do FnF, don't pay PF on time even don't give PF to people.Dont give salary slip to employee

I had worked for O2 for a while and found to be in a pathetic state they dont provide on time procurement and staff they always want you to do everything including marketing hiring everything and most importantly they r located in resorts which always put pressure on the staff and the management always support the hotel or resort wherever it is located people get their uniform in 6months and ond year therapists get their incentive lesser than they did...Read More
