The company is open to innovative and smart working and Honest people and We can learn a lot of things both personally and professionally and good work environment. I love the fact that I am part of India's largest spa chain. I am working since 6+ years in the company.

As this is South based organisation it does favour to south Indians only. Management is not good they torture their operations staff and do day wise pay cuts when sales low. There are many complaints against O2 and O2 skills in Facebook and Manipur O2 academy has been closed just because of this issue. They are very greedy and talkabout only sales & profit there is no employee engagement and career growth. They do office politics there is no job security.
