Work culture. A. Unqualified and inexperienced reporting manager B. Absence of employee welfare. C. No hierarchial structure D. A bullying team of higher management E. No job description F. Higly bureaucratic environment G. Can survive if you are a yes man No system of employee feedback H. No system of proper orientation I. Management prefers to be blind towards to graving issues even if brought to notice. J. High politics that hampers lot of good work. K. No overall supervision and monitoring. L. No uniformity in policies and procedures. M. Biased behavior of seniors. N. Good at creating team conflicts. O. Deceiving salary structure. P. Overall a terrible team to work with.
