Team mates come from different backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration. Work enviornment has always been satisfactory. The best part about my work was got on job training which gave me a first hand experience of being independent & informative all by my own which in turn boosted my confidence & helped me in building good realtions with my clients. Dislikes

Training is an on & off procedure not followed religiously. Compared to the work pressure which is very high, when it comes to salary & appraisals they fail to deliver. No compensations for overtime & no act of appreciation. Terms & policy benefits are mostly to the company. Employees always suffer which is the worst part. No value for loyal employees.

On job training is what you get here. Self learning process. No trainings provided generally. Vast knowledge on the sectors is based on their motto of travel & sell. Friendly team mates. Working environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are not great. Travel exposure is poor. Hard work goes unnoticed. Lack communication on appraisals. Work pressure is high. Short on man power so leave issues. Policies favouring the company.
