Horrible Work life balance....pathetic staff, office affairs, bad behaviour by co workers... accessories manager jetandra and his bootlicker Sagar are worst person you will encounter with....will make fun of people, verbally abuse with bad words staff and customers, checkout women's and do illegal buisness of selling duplicate accesories to customers.

I have been working in this organization for almost 5 years, but unfortunately, there has been little to no career growth or appreciation. The annual increment is very low, almost 3-4% with no clear path for promotions or professional development. The lack of recognition and opportunities for advancement has been quite demotivating. No value to sincere employee. Lack of belief on employee. Frequent changes in policies as per oweners decision without taking employees, higher management in confidence. Internal politics and favorism ruining the company.

It was challenging role as profit centre head. The ups and down are their in business, one should not held one person responsible for the failure and praise team if succeed. My sincere work contribution in vain.
