No corporate culture. Poor project planning and execution. None of the clients are happy. They don't want to spend much on employees but they want full commitment from them. No PF, No Insurance, No recognition to your work.

Dislikes

There's a project manager who is full of ego. Even managing director can't say anything to her. If you are a female, looking for job here, plz don't join coz the Project manager (who is also a female) doesn't like female employees. She'll torture you like anything. If you have no other option, still think 100 times before joining here. There's no management, only dictatorship.

Work Details

All I have to do is to implement project manager's stupid ideas without considering client requirement. On delivery, redo the entire application.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
