Here the management is very very poor, there is no job security they might remove their employees at any point of time due to their own internal issues they get less number of cases from the clients and in turn they can't pay to their employees and they will just remove the employees without giving any proper intimation and reasons. The work pressure is too high, they might sometimes forcefully make us to work evn on Sundays and not even paying for what we work, no proper appraisals, no proper credits, no recognition, no proper pay scales, no proper training, no proper working culture, no proper working hours, sometimes the work starts from 7am and the logout time will be 4pm but it may extend because of the difficult cases they give their employees to work on without lending any supportive hand to finish up the work, it's affecting the employees and their life at work as well as their personal life too without being able to login and logout properly, sometimes it may seem like 12 hours job too, I have personally worked 12 hours and had a very bad experience, their working patterns change regularly and it seems like a college giving their students heavy assignments and it seems like a punishment rather than a work, you won't learn anything in such toxic environment, they won't evn respond properly after resigning from that company, final settlements will also be not given properly, working experience letters will also be not provided, totally we will have nothing to prove our experience at that company after leaving that company, my most sincere appeal to everyone please donot join this company if you want to grow and develop your skills, don't waste your precious time, go find a better company and enhance your skills to have a bright future. Even the managers acts like teachers who will be having their pets in their classes and do everything in favour of them, this is the literal situation that the employees are facing their even I was one of them, I never wanted to have any personal friendships with our manager and he in turn didn't like me as an employee, he always used to pick my name for any of the difficult cases and wanted to put me in a difficult situation which was like a mental torture almost every day, they carry personal grudges and targets you in your day to day working hours, it seems so silly for having such cheap mean minded manager and team leaders, it was such a suffocating experience that anyone can have in their careers...Read More
