As a large group there is no proper resources as required for working in civil department. All other departments are always blame to civil department for his failure.

At the entry of company there's provision of body temperature check and sanetisation but after the entry. No social distancing and no strictness for using mask.

There is no increment but at the time of joining the H.R promises for the increment per year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary .

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. Increment percentages is not equally given to all employees and department.

The Job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
