Well,to be honest I have one complained in this company for the last few months before I decided to quite, that time was when they started to hired a locals which means saudi season. Those are the times that my companion/reliever became saudi man, it gives a hard time for me to work with him in several aspect like in beliefs, communicating and most especially when it comes to our work.. There are times that I am teaching him about our work being a welder.. I came up complaining to my rig manager to replaced him because its made me do all the work or it looks like that im alone on our duty but they said that its the king order to hire them to the company. So I requested for another companion to help me but they said that theres is no avaible .. So I waited until they can give me a companion until I give up due to ha ving over work load.....Read More
