1.Hectic pressure from the Zonal Manager and Regional Manager. 2.High target with less salary. 3.Interst rates are very high comparing to other financial institutions. 4.No proper training form company side and once you resign within one year they will deduct Rs 15000 from salary. 5.Target was not on Gold loan,you need to do health insurance,home insurance, Vehicle insurance, Pan card,Gold buying schemes etc etc and N number of targets. Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
