Salary scale is too low. When got a promotion, there is no change in the role in sales.

Nothing everything is mismanaged, zero support from all areas be it regional office, corporate office or branch level.. no body talks about the product except gold loan even after putting all the efforts and telling people 100 times no positive response and the culture is worst imagine working in a company where there is no support and you being at peak of your efforts not getting recognition.

Everything is worst about the company never ever join this organisation else you make your life hell.. zero support from everywhere people get frustrated, salary gets hold and they don't have manners to talk even also so much pressure is given for business and corporate office only says it's not our fault if you are not getting support. Just disgusting.. worst system, worst management, worst place to work You have to visit the branches every of muthoot finance and get the business but believe me no branch is talking about the product no staff talks about product, only talks about gold loan growth nothing else Harassment is on peak...Read More
