As Mother Dairy Calcutta is in emergency sector, we don't have leave in that period. Company provides us emergency sticker and needed paper for field work. Salary is on time. we get supports from our management.

Discrimination in career growth. Leg pulling by teammates especially among Managers & Officers.At least this was the scenario when I was in service.
