In initial phase salary good and if you want to take leave any time you are free to take it

If you are worked here no personal life Mon to sat office day , work load pressure with target completion it's very hectic If you are in night shift sit 8 pm to 8 to 10 am morning continue....

At the joining time told to 9 hrs working, Monday to Friday working, but in real 15 hrs per day work, Monday to Saturday working.

Company policy is very bad, the company fires its employees after the project was completed. But at the time of joining ,they promise here is permanent job. Working pressure is more & more without any reason. reimbursement policy also very bad.

Joining ke time company 3 months ka notice period sign karwati h dono end se, but company bina notice period ke apne employee's ko fire kr deti h, or 3 monta ki salary bhi nahi dete, yahaan partiality bhut hota h ,mere friend ko after 3 months bad hi fire kr diya tha, or mujhe 10 months bad jab project complete ho gya , tb fire kr diye tha bina kisi performance warning mail kiye bina, iske bad na kuchh HR or na kuchh higher management aapko help karega....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
