Need suggestion!!

Currenty have 15years experience working in Chemical/Petrochemical industry at a Japanese MNC mainly handling sales coordination, international logistics & all back office operation work, Sap entries, etc. Finding a suitable job at Kolkata with this domain is really impossible? Am trying for last 1 year but not received a single offer beyond my current CTC @ 9lakh.Pls help to understand what I am lacking??

Working at MOLIPS is good...but the mentor is worst to teach. They don't like if someone ask question related to work. As a Trainee you have to learn by your own self...They expect you to learn fast.

Training provided by them.

I was in Accounting process....The process is good but sometime the mentor got irritated for no reason .
