Student's oriented, dominance of old employee's, jo kaam karta hai wahi marta hai our authorities ko lagta hai ki naye log kuch kaam nahi karte,but the truth is the old employee's are just doing nothing but chaplusi.

The working environment at MIT VISHWASHANTI GURUKUL IB SCHOOL LONI KALBHOR is worst.

Dislikes

I was working as a physics teacher for DP 1 ,DP 2 and MYP . The working condition is very bad .They torture the teacher . They torture me so much that I had to resign and return They asked me to pay 2 lakh and 14 thousand. Any one joining the Institute should think twice.

Name of MIT is good on CV, that's all. It is having beautiful lush green campus.

Dislikes

Leadership is poor and surrounded by tail wagging staff. Clear guidance , instructions, support are not passed to the staff yet person at the helm wants results. Vision of the school is not clear. A failed leadership and the boat may sink in coming years. New IB schools have come up and they are doing better than this school(which started long ago).
