I was at the corporate and the work environment is good, you can come on time and leave on time. Related to increment is pretty good, but it all depends to whom you report. There is no much politics involved. Work life balance is ok. As for learning you have to ask for tasks or else no one will give you.

The one thing I hate most are the people at the site especially employees at higher level, they treat their subordinates as inferior and also think that the people are easily replaceable.
