Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. 12 hrs duty time,10 hrs minimum No work life balance once you learn your superior will paste every work to you. Salary is low like BE graduate can expect 15K for 12hrs duty and they will take you as contract employee. No job security they can tell you " Dont come from tomorrow " their is no work culture or rules All Directors are company owners so their words are rules, No saftey equipment provided by company,No facilities or refreshments from company except water salary will be deposited after 46 days of working.
