Great Working Experience! I have been working in Micronix System for 10 years. When I started working for this company, it seemed like a dream come true. Everyone was just super-friendly. The most important part was the CEO took part in the recruitment process. We have 5 Working Days. Saturday-Sunday Fixed off. 1. Friendly Atmosphere 2. Efficiant Administration 3. There is no such disliking about working at Micronix. Yes, sometimes it's difficult to control work-life balance, otherwise, we really enjoy working with our colleagues.

This company is very good for fresher as well as experienced too. The management system is too good. You won't get bored with the work culture. Everyone works as a team and supports each other. You will get lots of opportunities to learn new things. Good increment on a yearly basis. No senior will treat you as junior staff, he or she will help you to learn new things.

Flexible office hour, great HR policy, Professional work environment and Cooperative management team and HR.
