Core accounting will give immense knowledge in exploring every aspect of GL and R2R domain. Teammates are supportive. Fully night shifts. Night allowance and commuting allowance are being given. Evening snacks of Rs 10 is provided along with tea or coffee.

Dislikes

All hierarchy vertical leads exit within a very short span due to its toxic work culture. You need to extend your shifts totalling to 14 - 16 hours every day. No work life balance. New joiner struggles to understand the process.
