everything. Anyones nightmare to work in such a place. An employee will be humiliated so badly cant even think I survived such a workplace. For everyone saturday's were off and for only me and other girl no off. Simply we had to go to office and work even though there was no work. Due to covid lockdown, we had to work from home. Since, this is a logistics based company it got closed during the first announcement of lockdown. All the employees were told that we will not be working in the very next day. Though, we were told that we will be given compensation, we did not get any compensation for one extra month till date. It was very tough during lockdown season to find jobs, still due to the tech capacity we all had and due to the tech stack we had used, we were able to find jobs a month later. Still we have no update on the salary we are yet to receive.
