They clear all your salary and convenience money. you can take 60%salary advance if you have some urgent need of money and pay through monthly deduction without any extra deduction (no any charges for this).

HR department and company is good but on site there is no coordination between site team and company team, the coordinator say's different but company do different. Your leave will laps, they can cancel your leave anytime sometimes they approved but sometimes they reject. Salary is very low and your job is not secure(for freshers engineer only 12000). promotion rules are not clear.
