What started as a rosy picture turned into a nightmare real soon. -The briefs are changed repeatedly with no inputs entertained from the writer's end. You are expected to deliver on a super-tight schedule, keeping pace with unexpected changes at the last moment. -There is such an inhumane level of micromanagement that the Team Lead expects you to reply instantaneously in under 3 minutes or so. Failing to do so would invite never-ending rants filled with personal remarks and judgment. - Their leave policy doesn't grant leaves in the probation period. You are expected to show up Monday to Saturday, even in sickness or other critical situations. They sanction leaves like you owe them your entire existence, they keep on reminding it.
