Good for freshers,teammates are supportive

Dislikes

Monitoring is high,saturday is working day,they won't provide certificate payslips,, if u leave in middle due to any reason, bond of 1 year is must..

Work Details

We do mlm software customisation. Provide training first with no payment, later need to deal with clients at least 3 months later bond of 1 year is must

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
