Oppresiveness, favoritism, unfairness, unprofessional attitude of higher authority

Dislikes

My time with MU has been a real struggle. The low pay, micromanagement by higher authorities, lack of appreciation, blatant favoritism, and poor HR policy are responsible. The leaders and higher authority are too busy with micromanagement, and manipulating people. HR department does not have any clue and just follows whatever highermanagement has ordered them. During COVID, the university decided to slash the salaries of staff, putting financial strain on everyone. It is a stark reminder that management's true character is revealed not only over time during prosperity but also in how it treats its employees during challenging times.
