Salary and appraisals HR department really needed some improvement as salaries are not calculated accurately mostly even after submitting the details via email and cih portal. Sitting arrangement is also very bad. Every weekend, employees don’t even have the chairs to sit on. Favouritism towards some employees leading to politics. The worst and worst company. Its beeter to unemployed rather than working for this shit comapany. The best qualifation for the company is to know how li*k(most impostant skill), if you have this skill than you can grow. There are are some higher management who thinks they are the one paying without any work but infact you work even when your on youer death bed. there is Work and be scholled ny them with nay reason. Lets go to 2 rule this also important - That is to learn to lie , they wont anything but they want you to lie to the client that your the most skilled person for the job . So please to lie .
