Many things. Work culture is very poor & continuous stress and too much file work and documentation. After offer letter they give terms and conditions letter once u hve joined. No proper leaves and no general Holidays. Treat u like very badly. College is gud for Students but nt for faculities.Bus fees they deduct frm our salary which is too high. U forget ur personal life if u join this place. 2years probationary period. Lot of blame game and Internal politics is played. Collogues and classes are decent, but work pressure is mainly on documentation and reworks on it. College conducts many activities, but no career growth activities. College provides internet only for staffs & faculties but not for students. All faculties are not been provided with laptops or computers. College will ask staffs & faculties to submit their original marks cards and documents, which will not be returned on time while reviling. College has rule of holding any one of our original certificate, while collecting Offer letter. Compared to other colleges, Salary is low with very less hike, which will be given after completion of probationary period. Most of the holidays are working in MITE calendar any maybe ask to work overtime without compensation leave or extra pay. No parking shed for vehicles. Most of the classes have airconditioner but will be on for 15 minutes per class. No hostel facility is given to faculties. Hostel duties will be given for faculties during night time without travel support for ladies. During visit ex-faculties will be called to show the faculty ratio. Bus facility is provided with max amount of chargers. 12 CL for probationary period with no ELs. No concept of special casual leave. OOD for exam duties. No medical leave and no other benefits for probationary period. Probationary period is for 2years. Faculties who are not from local they suffer a lot to go to their native and have several loss of pay or leave without pay. Lot of politics in working environment. They will will ask to work on Sundays by keeping some functions or events. All government holidays will be occupied with some events.
