We have developed table of equipment upto 500 bedded hospitals for Bangladesh since 2014. Since technological development is a continuous process and it was necessary to develop with time. Skilled clinical engineer interfacing was very much needed.

We formed a very good team evolving in a perfect all the mode had cultivated the spirit of listening and specially the capacity to receive the feedback even if it was hard. The salary conditions are good but this growth is slow sometimes uniform not taking into account thes studies done and the experience, sometimes we can believe in a subjective effect. there are periods when the work is intense one exceeds 10 to 12 hours a day. innexistance of real training on the job and sometimes have is forced self expense even to be on page.

As I mentioned in the first question, I worked more in the field of Monitoring and evaluation as well as field manager. This work was difficult at the begining beacause it had to create tools what would have to adapt to those used by the country.
