There was good scope of learning as you keep getting shifted to different departments.

Lack of appreciation if you do something good the behaviour is that you are paid for it you are not doing anything great . If you miss out on doing something why are we paying this employee. Zero appreciation from top management. It’s family owned business try to be corporate however lacking in many aspects .

No dislikes but company is in developing phase of streamlining like other grade A developers. Moreover they move you from one site to another time to time , so travelling becomes hectic .

Salary is decent but growth is slow .
