The job is quite intresting ! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was formal trainning session . I learnt a lot on the job , i got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped me get a taste of diffrent roles within the team.

Mahanadi Coal field ltd (MCL) is a Subsidiary Company of Coal India Ltd (CIL) that I worked from 1980 to 2011 & MCL from 202 to 2009. In MCL I was Head of Civil Engg Deptt. placed under a mining Project. It was a very good experience with MCL.
