i love my work as Junior Advocate, Madras High Court is the one of the Excellent place to many more things in our day to day life. As it would help making contacts with thousands of people and gaining more knowledge as far the density of the day to day understanding would be increased in our life in all the feilds of civil, criminaland original side regarding all the side. Judges may be pleased to 1)simplify the filing process either by physical filing or by email, e-filing. Many of lawyers struggled to take Xerox, filing pad,welfare stamps, getting signature from parties in affidavit and vakalat, etc. 2)passing officers return the papers even a full stop, comma was not put in petition. They make delay to scrutinise the papers and not communicate properly through email and phone also....Read More
