Work collaboration is well as most of the colleagues are cooperative and helpful. The appraisals are good than other organizations. You will be very happy with the holiday calendar. The office infrastructure is super cool.

Dislikes

Company policies should be in written as this helps you understand about the rules and regulations of the company. This leads to a sense of professionalism. Favouritism should be eradicated. Machintel should focus on retening employees by recognizing and valuing an individuals work, skills, talent etc and by providing employees withfew decent benefits. Work Details

Generally speaking, i have got ample career opportunities. My career graph has changed from Analyst to HR. This gave me wide exposure to learn my talent, passion and skills. However the work pressure was high as the HR team was consistently small.

Hectic and felt cheated, promised to promote in my field on HR.. but was sent in quality. Still because of that I wasted 1 year in hope to get experience in HR because of which I am suffering till now as it's too late to start from beginning.
