There is a lot to learn in Mac Chem

Company culture is not good.Eating non-veg food is not allowed.One has to wait for a long time after finishing the duty of the company.There is no mobile allowed in the company

Its really bad experience ever all employee have. I request people just stay away from such organization. Actualy this is not because of organization but only because of Psychopath RND2 head and mr. owner still not address madness hence ultimate its beam on organization .No job sefty,lobby making culture,address unnecessary issues, targetting people who raise voice. Oveall good company to develop your chemistry skill, but need to work on lab safety and lab facilities. There is very small cafeteria with no hygiene. HR policies are not good, remuneration is little bit less as compared to industry standard

HR doesn't address our issues, it's been 2 months I have joined the company but still I didn't get my PC and lab coat, for every such thing I need to remind admin again and again.

The job is quite interesting. I get to learn different new things of process development as my background was from CRO. The group leader is good but there is internal politics.
