Its totally different work culture as compared to my previous company. Because it always makes a difference after leaving a MNC and jopining a manufacturing plant. The work here is totally different as i used to do in Redington India Ltd.You have to be patience and a good recaller that means memory should be really good.

Dislikes

At MK Printpack very less services and compensations are provided to the marketing team. all the facilities are for production team. That means if i as amanager work on week off also we are not allowed to have a compensation leave.
