a lot of time passing during office hours can be done if you are a local. Maintain good friendships with management and you get no job except co-ordinatorship and enjoy your life till retirement.

now progress if you are an achiever. Management never listens to you, so you need to please your immediate boss and do whatever you can to satisfy him/ her. No job security if you are looking for growth. you get terminated within an hour. No salary during covid situation for 2 years.

Working at LPU delivers me a salary on time every month, job security is important for any job and LPU gives this if you have not done any wrong thing as per policy, career growth is very slow or almost nil they are not giving promotion to faculty even they deserve it, salary scale is very terrible . There is no rule of salary scale is followed, there is a negotiation during the hiring process. There is diverse work is given to faculty and willingly or unwillingly you have to do it but same time it helps in learning something new. The work environment is time bound delivery as it happens in the sales and marketing field. There is no such scope of Innovation because still infrastructure not supports it. Funding is also a big issue for doing research and innovation studies by faculty. Increment policy is not transparent it totally depends on your immediate boss, how you are buttering him/her. HR division and people are not valuing any ethics to give any justice like same work is done by you and others but there is variations in salary among all, might be someone is getting only 25000 INR salary per month or may be someone is getting 80000 INR salary for doing same work. Sometimes your students to whom you tought are hired by LPU on more salary then the teachers who tought them. If you will raise this issue to HR then they will just pass the ball to other court and entire year will pass and there will be nothing in your hand. I will give 2 star out of 5....Read More

The appraisal is not transparent, you will get 1000-3000 rs per month hike, it is less than 5 % in 98 % of cases. Many of teachers are not getting any salary hike. Work-life balance is tough in LPU.

In LPU any services are on the paid basis, neither your stay is free nor your food is free. There is no culture of work from home. Team outings is a dream in LPU, even any in-house training is on the paid basis. There is education assistance available.
