The working culture is at times toxic. The head of school was biased , incompetent and arrogant. A lot of faculties left in his tenure. Still after all this, The HR didn't question his attitude and intentions. The innocent , hardworking and genuine faculty was questioned now and then over his fake remarks . University management is understanding , if work sincerely then professional growth is for sure. It is open to innovation and adopts latest technologies and teaching techniques. Hard work and participation in activities gets noticed and seniors do value an individuals unique strengths, yearly appraisals are being done.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high, at times difficult to balance work-life. But seeing individuals growth and benefits it overcome. Institution politics are everywhere, it depends on us how we take it.
