The Owners are very Good. You get Job security. 8.5 hours working,1st & 3rd Saturdays are off. Beautiful office in middle of a Farmhouse.

I would always suggest that before Joining always discuss your CTC very well. HR department is non-cooperative. They will Never co-operate with you ,nor give importance to your grievances. No employee engagement activity. No paid food facility inside,no work from home scenario. Appraisal is not satisfactory. You may be asked to sign a contract with some departments for two years.

It is my humble request to everyone not to join this Company. The Company is only giving opportunity after that they will spoil the career .Career opportunity of the employee this company is doing bad politics & spoil the future of the employee. It is a worst organization to work for.There is no professionalism in the Organization.The work culture is to threaten & put pressure without any clarity of roles & responsibilities.The HR is non functional. The Senior Management(Mainly the reporting mangers)in the Organization are only busy in keeping themselves in the good books with the Owner of the Organization & safe their job rather than take responsibility of their own actions. However the products are very good in quality & huge potential but the company is unable to grow because of poor culture & people handling day to day business. The reporting Managers (Region to HO) didn't like honest & hardworking people in the company... Management is good. But plant level persons are very efficient in knowledge, they having no knowledge of proceess and systems.

Dislikes

Bad politics in plant at Greater Noida by plant head and QC head. HO HR is like puppets.. They hvae no experience of enhancing the skill of employees.. Head HR don't know anything about the plants she is dependant on her juniors who have not basic idea about HR.

1-Salary on-time in every month if next day is Sunday or gazetted holiday then salary credited one day advance in account. 2-Company providing food to all employees including contractual manpower as well in very low cost that is nothing. 3-Management strictly committed to provide all facilities to their staff as described in their policy. 4-Working timing is too good there is no pressure to work extra hours beyond over office time if need to work out of office timing then company paying extra amount. 5-Learning point of view company is too good because company offering to learn more top to bottom employees. 6- Lotus is top leading brand in market....Read More
