There they have nanny facility wherein it used to be easy for teachers to get their infants along to school.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The institute is filled with politics. Teachers are not graded on their work front but on the basis of how close you are to your heads. The heads dig their nose in your personal as well as social life. There is no job security in the institute. I have seen people been kicked out without giving any justification.
