Hire and fire policy, Fires newly hired candidate. They hires resources as backup in case someone resigns. No core/actual work is assigned till 6-8 months of joining. And these backup resources are on top on the firing list as they are not client billable. Half of the employees are here just to earn some extra bugs by writing blogs.If the client has stopped your billing or withdrawn your project without any mistake or performance of yours, consider you have lost your job. Nothing likeable everything is pathetic, no projects only a single client that too have cut short the projects already and will leave soon if management don't understand that making fool of a client is not the right thing

Nice work and responsibilities assigned to individuals. Decent pay. So far it is a friendly work environment and I had helpful peers which is good for carrer development. And they didn't make me feel left out or looked down. I would love to work here for years not only just for benefits but for the people and the friendship we already built inside the company.
