I had learned a lot off things in the school and got good exposure. The work load at the school is adequate and manageable.

Internal Politics and spying using other teachers is very rampant and teachers for making themselves blue eyed. Spy about you to the principal and the same is encouraged. Salary is not paid on par with your qualification and experience.
